DESCRIPTION:JOIN US FOR YOGA with FRIENDS hosted by RyzAB0VE and the DSA OF CHARLOTTE! \nJoin RyzAb0ve Fitness and the DSA of Greater Charlotte for Yoga classes\, which focus on exercise and socialization\, including warm-up\, fun/games\, and strength\, agility\, coordination\, and balance. Movements can be adapted as much as the participant needs. This is a great way to get in some of your daily exercises and to make new friends! \nDates will be: \nTuesday\, June 20 \nTuesday\, June 28 \n(NO class on July 4)\nTuesday\, July 11 \nTuesday\, July 18 \nTuesday\, July 25 \n  \n\n\n\n\n \nThis is a 5-week virtual yoga class that occurs on Tuesdays at 6 PM EST \n\n\n\n\n\nThe registration fee is $45.00 per participant and covers all five classes\, including the virtual recital. – scholarships are available; please contact victoria.coles@dsa-gc.org. \nFor ages 8+
