There will be a few options to participate:
1. Live Race (5k and Fun Run): We’re back LIVE and in person on March 19, 2022. Join us as we celebrate the 10th year of the Dash for Down Syndrome!
2. Virtual Race: Also back this year, the March Virtual Challenge! Join us from near or far and run 32.1 miles throughout the month of March to support the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Charlotte.

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of this event and World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD), you’re invited to Dash’s 10th birthday party after the race!

8:30 AM: 5K Starts

9:15 AM: Fun Run Starts

9:30 – 11:00 AM: Dash’s Birthday Party and WDSD Celebration!
