Parents and guardians are invited to join this evening workshop to explore wellness through music. Attendees will have an opportunity to play instruments, reflect on favorites, sing songs or chants, and much more to assist in coping skills and stress management! This will be led by Gabby Jones, a music therapist on staff passionate about promoting self-care for those who care for others!
