Wildflowers Blossom Pageant – 3rd Annual Inclusive Celebration
Join us for the 3rd Annual Wildflowers Blossom Pageant, an inclusive and heartwarming event created to celebrate individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This special experience is designed to help each participant feel pampered, confident, and celebrated as they shine on stage.
Hosted in partnership with the Wildflowers Blossom Pageant Group, Kendra and Lilly Wells, the Wells family, and the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Charlotte, and GiGi’s Playhouse- Charlotte, this event continues to grow as one of our most joyful community celebrations.

Free for all participants (IDD community)
Donations welcomed to support crowns, sashes, and event supplies
Pageant Schedule
- Ages 0–12: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Ages 13+: 1:00 – 2:30 PM
(Participants will be scheduled for hair, makeup, and outfit prep prior to stage time.)
What to Expect
Each contestant will enjoy a supportive and flexible experience, including optional hair and makeup styling, gown selection, and stage preparation support. Families are welcome to stay for the full event, and younger participants may leave after their segment if needed.
Every participant will be celebrated on stage and receive a crown and recognition award, with additional honors including:
- Best Hair
- Best Smile
- Most Personality
- Most Beautiful / Most Handsome
- Overall Female Winner
- Overall Male Winner
About the Experience
The Wildflowers Blossom Pageant is more than a pageant—it’s a day of confidence, inclusion, joy, and celebration of personality and individuality. Volunteers help ensure each participant feels seen, supported, and empowered to shine.
