Join us for the 3rd Annual Abilities Employment Symposium (AES) + Job Fair—a regional event focused on expanding inclusive employment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Sponsored by Bank of America and hosted at the Goodwill Opportunity Campus, this full-day symposium offers practical tools, career exploration support, and direct access to employers committed to inclusive hiring.
AES is led by the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Charlotte (DSAGC) and LIFESPAN Services, in collaboration with AllAbility Solutions, KennedyStrong Foundation, Philips Academy, and Work Together NC.

School-based students preparing for employment (morning session)
Adults with IDD seeking employment or career growth (afternoon session)
